Chaplains and Military Personnel

The Committee on Chaplains and Military Personnel represents the OPC on the Presbyterian and Reformed Joint Commission on Chaplains and Persons in the Military (PRJC), which serves as the endorsing agency for OPC chaplains. Diaconal Ministries

David Haney

The OPC carries on a word-and-deed ministry of mercy through its Committee on Diaconal Ministries (CDM), focusing on the covenant community, the church, its adherents, and earnest enquirers. The Committee also maintains an Aged and Infirm Ministers, Widows and Orphans Fund.

David Haney serves as president of the CDM; David King, vice president; Ronald Pearce, secretary; and Jack Swann, treasurer. Communications to the Committee should be sent to:
